The Current Music Competition January 2019 is the eighth edition of the Current Music Competition. It took place in Caracas, Venezuela, after Evaluna Montaner has won the previous edition with the song "Me Liberé". The winner of this edition was Zimbabwe with Oliver Heldens' and Shungudzo's song "Fire In My Soul"
