The Current Music Competition February 2022 is the thirty-eighth edition of the Current Music Competition. It takes place in the Palais 12 in Brussels, Belgium, after Lunace's victory in the previous edition.

- The entries must be released in December 2021 or January 2022.
- The artists must have a strong connection to the country they're representing.
- Eurovision songs are not allowed.
- The maximum number of participants is 30.
- New rule: a pre-qualification round was introduced. The top 6 users of the previous edition and the first 19 confirmed other countries will be directly qualified for the Grand Final, the rest will have to compete for the five remaining spots.
